Amy is a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, and a Licensed Alcohol Drug Counselor in the State of Minnesota. Amy has dual Masters degree's in both Addiction Studies and Child and Family Studies. Amy has over 20 years of experience working with individuals and families at a National Non-Profit agency.
Amy enjoys working with individuals and families wishing to improve connection, communication, and functioning in relationships; with a particular passion for working with parents of young adults and teens. Amy approaches her work with a person centered, strengths and skills-based approach.

Clients report feeling understood, supported, and empowered to make desired changes while improving relationship skills.
