Michelle Brown
I am Michelle Brown, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a Master of Arts degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Saint Mary's University. I am licensed to practice in Minnesota. My approach is rooted in viewing life's struggles through a systemic lens, working collaboratively with you to navigate the challenges life presents.
At Michelle Brown Counseling, you will feel safe, seen, and heard. My goal is to provide relief and foster growth through a client-centered approach that is both gentle and direct. I work with individuals, families, and adolescents through tele-therapy, ensuring you receive the support you need from the comfort of your own home.

Christian Counseling
Michelle Brown is a Christian therapist who integrates biblical principles with psychological practices to offer a holistic approach to mental health and well-being. She understands the importance of faith in the healing process and creates a therapeutic environment where clients can explore their spiritual beliefs alongside their emotional and psychological needs. By connecting biblical principles with psychology, Michelle provides comprehensive care that addresses the mind, body, and spirit. She respects each client's individual faith journey and incorporates scripture, prayer, and Christian teachings as desired. Michelle's goal is to offer a safe space where clients can openly discuss their spiritual concerns, finding strength, hope, and healing through their faith.
